We have a varied number of tasks, such as : designing Linical’s approach to employee engagement, working on new people practices, create diverse and inclusive environments, reviewing capability requirements to define approaches to learning, driving culture-change programmes, coaching managers and employees on essential business frameworks, working with data to create people insights , applying resourcing tools to hire the best people for the role ,designing reward and benefits approaches, Identifying and developing talent in the organisation.
